Job Description
NURSECORE is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide in-home care for a 8 - 12 hour shift patient. RESPONSIBILITIES:May vary based on the client’s needs and may include some or all of the following:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and oral hygiene
- Measuring, emptying, and recording urinary drainage bag
- Assisting with transfers and positioning to wheelchair, bed, and vehicle, including use of assistive equipment
- Assisting with basic range of motion exercises, both passive and active
- Light housekeeping and tidying
- Meal preparation
- Occasional errands
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- At least one year of CNA or HHA experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CNA license in the State of Nevada
- Current, hands-on CPR certification in compliance with AHA
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Successful background check
