Occupational Therapist – Adult Home Health | Pueblo, CO

About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Pueblo, CO. You’ll work directly with patients to help them improve independence, mobility, and daily function through personalized, evidence-based care.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70 – $85 per routine visit
- Full-Time (25–35 visits/week): Estimated annual earnings of $94,640 to $154,700
- Part-Time (10–20 visits/week): Estimated annual earnings of $36,400 to $88,400

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, home safety, and functional recovery
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive strategies
- Document patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

Requirements
- A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
- Proven experience in home health or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
