Home Health Occupational Therapist (PRN)
Territory: Imlay City to Port Huron

How You'll Make an Impact
Evaluate each patient's unique needs, abilities, and goals - and create a personalized plan of care to help them live life to the fullest
Implement and adjust therapy plans with compassion and clinical excellence
Communicate closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless, quality care
Teach patients and families how to thrive at home - through daily activities, adaptive techniques, and personalized exercises
Support families emotionally and practically, helping them feel confident and cared for every step of the way
Supervise and guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and clinical team members to uphold the highest standards of care
What You'll Bring
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current, unrestricted OT license in the State of Michigan
At least one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting (home health experience preferred)
A dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
Willingness to travel within the Imlay City to Port Huron territory (about 50%)
12 to 16 total working hours to fulfill the PRN status
The ability to lift and move 50-100 lbs and manage the physical aspects of patient care
Most importantly: a compassionate heart and a dedication to empowering others through meaningful therapy
