What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.🔹 Guide and support field clinicians through training, mentorship, and case management.🔹 Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to home health regulations.🔹 Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.🔹 Step in for direct patient care when needed and participate in on-call rotation.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ RN license in Missouri (good standing)✅ 1+ year of home health case management experience (required)✅ Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)✅ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills✅ Proficiency in EMR systems & willingness to travel locally
