About Our Family
We are a busy, close-knit family of five with three energetic children (ages 8, 6, and 4) and a beloved dog, a King Charles Cavalier. Our family values routine and structure and prioritizes consistency in our day-to-day rhythms to help everything run smoothly. Mom works from home while dad works from the office. Both parents travel for work—mom quarterly and dad more frequently—but we make a conscious effort to ensure that one of us is home when the other is away.
We are soon transitioning into a new, bigger home in Cincinnati, which is an exciting and busy season for our family, but with that space comes additional upkeep and organization. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of household management and help maintain consistency and order as we settle in and beyond. While we do not need full-time childcare, occasional backup support is appreciated during busy periods or unexpected situations.

- Experience in household management, cleaning, and light meal prep, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable taking initiative without micromanagement, able to anticipate needs and follow through independently
- Respectful, culturally aware, and comfortable adapting to Jewish family traditions and routines
- Comfortable working alongside a work-from-home parent, balancing independence and discretion with a warm, positive presence in the home
- A ‘Type A' personality - detail-oriented, thoughtful, and eager to contribute to the household's smooth day-to-day operation
