Job Description

Housekeeping – Headquarters Office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (assigned at time of offer)Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experienceStatus: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our headquarters office. This role plays a vital part in supporting our daily operations by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, executives, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, professionalism, and the ability to always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all interior areas, including:
    • Executive offices and suites
    • Common areas, hallways, and conference rooms
    • Breakrooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas
    • Reception and lobby areas
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces according to defined cleaning schedules
  • Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials, etc.) as needed
  • Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
  • Report maintenance issues, repair needs, or supply shortages promptly
  • Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and storage areas in an organized and safe manner
  • Ensure confidentiality when working in or around executive offices, sensitive documents, or private spaces
  • Provide professional, courteous interactions with staff and visitors
  • Assist with occasional special cleaning projects or event preparation as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping, custodial, or facilities experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality always
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable, accessible transportation
  • Ability to lift to 30lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a structured schedule
