Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

Join the Marriott Orlando Downtown team as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a supervisor, you will lead and support the housekeeping staff on the floor, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to housekeeping staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure standards are met.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to improve performance and adherence to hotel policies.
• Report maintenance issues and communicate guests’ needs promptly to appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support management in staffing, scheduling, and inventory control as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety standards.
• Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties and supervise floor operations.
