We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and other facility spaces
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with laundry duties as needed
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health regulations
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility to promote a welcoming environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
