Position Overview:
The Houseman is an integral part of our luxury operations, ensuring that every guest experiences impeccable cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. As a Houseman at The Ben, you will be the unsung hero behind the seamless presentation of our guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas. Your role is essential in maintaining the high standards of elegance and refinement that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas.
Assist with luggage handling, guest requests, and deliveries with efficiency and discretion.
Support the housekeeping team in room preparation, cleaning, and inventory management.
Ensure all service carts, cleaning equipment, and supplies are organized and fully stocked.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance with warmth and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or luxury hotel environments preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
Ability to lift and move luggage and supplies safely.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
