CarePlus is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to join our team! In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll support all HR operations while collaborating with a friendly, people-focused team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Support recruiting efforts by processing applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding and trainings.
- Update employee information and maintain personnel records.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance procedures.
- Contribute to policy and procedure improvements.
- Provide general administrative support, including phone coverage, filing, and coordinating company events.
- 2+ years of work experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
- Commitment to confidentiality and following company policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace and an aptitude for quickly learning new software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
