This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start their career in Human Resources within a company that values professionalism, collaboration, and a fun, inclusive culture.As an HR Administrator, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and helping manage various engagement activities. You’ll be the go-to person for HR-related queries, directing the office flow and helping create a positive employee experience from day one.Why Work At Rittal:

- Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Manage badge access for all employees.
- Organize various HR projects and programs.
- Supports HR team members to deliver the overall success of the team, the HR function, and the business.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Assist in planning, promoting and execution of positive employee/company relations through recognition and appreciation activities, organization wide-meetings, and celebrations.
- Demonstrate discretion while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 3 years administrative office experience
- Excellent communication and people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently, and within a team environment to support the overall HR function.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
