Job Description
- Flexible schedule
- Unemployment Claims: Process and track unemployment claims with precision and timeliness.
- Workers' Compensation: Administer workers' compensation claims, including paperwork, documentation, and coordination with insurance brokers and employees.
- Wage Garnishments: Handle wage garnishment orders, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration: Run monthly eligibility reports, communicate with employees about their eligibility, and update payroll and brokers.
- Recruiting Support: Assist with application/resume review, scheduling interviews, filing applications and interview notes, and supporting HR, Training, or Culture projects.

- Flexible Schedule: Part-time hours (20 hours/week) to Full-time (40 hours/week); Mon – Fri.,
