HR Project Administrative Assistant- Workday Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer and organize data from documents into Excel and Smartsheet
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and organize electronic files and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Smartsheet preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive, data-heavy tasks
  • Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred

Position Details:

  • Temporary assignment
  • Ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work
  • Exposure to a large-scale HRIS implementation project

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am- 5:30 pm (in office)
