Job Description

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, we have provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. To empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health and educational service for people of all cultures.

Job Summary:

Provides assistance in the areas of employment, salary and benefits administration, employee communications, and records data and furnishes reports. Advise employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written .
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines .
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills .
  • Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations .
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs .
  • Knowledge in benefits; FMLA, ADA, LOA, etc .

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of human resources management experience preferred .
  • SHRM-CP preferred
