Job Description

*This role is located in-person in Oklahoma City*

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities as HRIS Analyst:

  • The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of employee data within the HRIS.
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for HRIS reporting functionality and configuration.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support compliance and strategic initiatives.
  • Creates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS system.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for HRIS and related systems.
  • Partner with HR and IT to improve workflows and system efficiency.
  • Works within HRIS BI environment on a daily basis for report building and streamlining current reporting operations.
  • Conducts weekly audits of various processes within HR, including but not limited to: payroll processing information, onboarding employee information, benefits, 401(k), etc.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on UKG service cases to ensure timely resolution and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains a regular monthly audit schedule to review the integrity of the data in the company’s HRIS.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements as HRIS Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in UKG, with an emphasis in UKG’s IMB Cognos environment. Related work in other HRIS may suffice as relevant experience, as long as the experience comes with heavy report building and report manipulation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Advanced experience in Excel required and experience with reporting or data analytics. Employee is expected to be advanced in excel formulas, such as vlookup, hlookup, IF statements, etc. as well as possess knowledge of creating and editing excel macros.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (formerly Microsoft Power BI) preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects.

Work Environment: Indoor climate-controlled environment.
