RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position reports to the Branch Manager
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Safety Program.
- Manage the Companys Safety, Health, and Environmental Programs.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure companys compliance with Customer, Local and Federal regulatory agencies.
- Perform operational risk assessments of the branch and regional operations.
- Develop and conduct branch and regional safety and environmental training.
- Report accidents and statistics as directed by Company policy.
- Develop and produce reports for use by management concerning Safety, Health, and Environmental issues.
- Analyze Company accident and training statistics for adverse trends and recommend actions for improvement.
- Review Worksite Risk Assessments.
- Conduct accident and personal injury investigations including report generation and root cause analysis. Assist Safety Managers in the performance of Accident Investigations. Conduct Safety audits in accordance with company policy or as directed by Director of Technical Services.
- Participate in Accident Review Boards for all reportable injuries in accordance with company policy.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Perform jobsite visits to ensure Safety and Quality control within the branch and region.
- Travel, as needed, to branches to support operations with training and safety meetings. Work with Branch and Operations Managers to support employee improvement, generated from Safety Observations.
- Assist Branch Administrator with onboarding and training of employees.
- Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.
- Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.
- Other duties as assigned/requested.

Required Qualifications:
- An understanding of servant leadership principles
- Ability to multi-task and exhibit flexibility in job duties
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others
- 3-5 years in Safety
- An ability to train, formally and informally, through mentoring and success-based delegation
- Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent.
