Position OverviewOur client is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role manages the full employee life cycle—from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and employee support. Qualified candidates be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while helping foster a positive, family-oriented culture.Location: Lakewood, NJReports To: CEOSchedule: OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-TimeHourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 USD/HourBenefits: Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Insurance, Performance Incentives, 401(k)Key Responsibilities

Manage HR administration, policies, and employee support.
Oversee time & attendance, PTO, and compliance in ADP.
Lead recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientations.
Support employee engagement programs, recognition, and feedback.
Administer benefits, 401(k), FMLA, and compliance requirements.
Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and/or terminations.

Qualifications

3 or more years of HR experience as a generalist or coordinator.
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.

CompensationThe published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market.
