Human Resources Generalist
Make a Difference Through People
We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist who's passionate about supporting people and strengthening a mission-driven healthcare organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to support employees and managers across the organization-helping ensure our workplace is welcoming, compliant, and well-organized so our teams can focus on delivering high quality care to the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
- Support full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and support roles
- Coordinate onboarding and facilitate bi-weekly New Hire Orientation
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation
- Assist with leave administration (PFML, FMLA, Workers' Comp) and ADA requests
- Support employee relations, performance evaluations, and policy guidance
- Track credentialing, CORI/Re-CORI, and BLS requirements
- Represent the organization at job fairs and community recruitment events
- Contribute to HR projects, employee recognition, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Healthcare or FQHC experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally

Pay Range: $58,000-$70,000 annually
