Job Description

Pay Range:$25.00 - $31.88

This position functions to provide technical support for the Human Resources Division and specifically will be charged with transitioning our paper personnel files to a digitized version utilizing Dynafile. This position will be responsible for scanning and auditing personnel files.

Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job

Scans paper files into DynaFile, our document management software. Audits files and to ensure quality and accuracy of work. Assists in providing support for any high priority projects identified by the Operations Director or CHRO.

Additional Details:

Education

  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

  • 3-5 years of work experience in clerical assistance including working knowledge of office functions including computer word processing and data management.

  • Experience in the development and analysis of work-flow systems for efficiency, preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of word and excel

  • Considerable knowledge of office machines and equipment

Skills:

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written skills

Ability to:

  • Make decisions in an independent manner

  • Prioritize and multitask efficiently and maintain organizational skills during frequent interruptions throughout the day

  • Work with accuracy and detail

  • Maintain professional and emotional stability during stressful times

  • Work in a team environment with minimal supervision
