Lead HR Excellence and Shape a Positive Culture at Texwipe

Are you ready to make a real impact? Texwipe, an ITW Company, is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to champion talent, drive performance, and foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture. In this onsite role, you'll lead HR initiatives for 300 employees across two NC locations, partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business success. If you thrive on building strong teams, influencing change, and creating a workplace where employees feel valued and empowered-this is your opportunity to lead and grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with leaders on talent acquisition, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports collaboration and growth.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Lead a small HR team and influence employees across all levels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree 5 -7 years HR experience (with 2+ years of HR leadership).
  • Manufacturing HR background; strong knowledge of employment laws.
  • Skilled in recruiting, employee relations, and change management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must; in Workday & Dayforce is a plus.
  • HR Certification preferred.
