Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annuallyMonday through FridayLocation: West Odessa off I-20Join the premier oilfield services company in Midland/Odessa-- Rolfson Oil LLC. Put your expertise to work onboarding new hires for fuel, oils and lubricants, rentals, propane, mechanics, tanks, and facilities positions. Responsibilities:
- Onboard new hires
- Coordinate drug testing
- Add employees to company systems
- Facilitate online trainings
- I-9 documentation
- Schedule off site safety training
- Track and submit training hours
- Keep inventory, order, and issue PPE
- Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have strong communication skills
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Strength in professionalism and customer service
- Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office
- Pass drug test and criminal background check
- Onboarding experience preferred
