Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated student to support the hiring of student workers on campus. The candidate must be able to continue working next fall as well, arriving to campus in late August to assist during our peak hiring season.
This is a Middlebury student Level B position paying $14.95 per hour.
Core Responsibilities
- Hire student employees in our Workable HR software
- Communicate with Hiring Managers
- Create and post student positions in Workable HR software
- Upload employee documents into Oracle
- Basic data entry
- Maintain clean and orderly work area
