As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in scaling our workforce and strengthening our culture. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-performing talent who elevate the organization.Key Responsibilities● Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional roles● Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and success profiles● Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach ● Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment● Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions● Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with HR and leadership● Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience● Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)● Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and recommend improvements● Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment lawsRequired Skills & Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or Equivalent industry experience ● 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources● Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, or skilled labor roles preferred● Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills● Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment● Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology● Strong organizational skills and attention to detailWhy Join Technique, Inc.?● Be a strategic partner in a growing, high-performance manufacturing organization● Work directly with decision-makers and company leadership● Play a visible role in shaping the future workforce● Join a values-driven culture focused on safety, integrity, teamwork, and results
