Position includes HVAC training and licensing, assisting with repairs & maintenance on a variety of heating & cooling systems, and learning the trade on a fast-track basis! Experience in HVAC is preferred but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we’ll provide hands-on training from industry experts — at no cost to you.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the HVAC trade
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification

- GOOD ATTITUDE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN A MUST!
- Ability and desire to learn and grow in this industry.
- Be able to lift at least 25-50lbs frequently and up to 75lbs occasionally
- Be willing to attend training classes
- Be willing to obtain appropriate certs & licenses
- Possess good communication skills
- Possess a current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Possess current computer skills
