HVAC Dispatcher

Based in Mineola NY

This is a full-time permanent position with an excellent benefit package and end of year bonus

Salary Range: $ 70,000K - $ 80,000K/yr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Dispatch Technicians
• Customer Interaction
• Quoting jobs
• Record Keeping
• Routing and Scheduling
• Problem Resolution
• Communication
• Reporting

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Previous experience in a dispatching role or customer service in the HVAC environment.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle multiple phone lines, strong organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to complete goals

• PC skills:  working knowledge Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Attributes: Customer-oriented, able to remain calm and composed in emergency situations, and familiar with HVAC terminology and operations.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with frequent phone and computer use.
