Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Installation Technician with strong mechanical skills and the ability to lead and mentor junior installers. This role covers residential and commercial installs, new construction, and remodel projects.
What You’ll Do
- Install boilers, in-floor heating, ductless systems, and residential split systems
- Fabricate and install ductwork, fittings, and copper refrigerant lines (clean brazing/soldering)
- Read blueprints and technical specs to complete accurate installs
- Train and mentor installation crew members
- Maintain documentation and deliver professional customer service
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- Experience in both residential and commercial systems
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical skills
- Leadership experience in a crew environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs
