Are you a skilled HVAC installer looking for a place to grow, be valued, and do top-quality work? We’re looking for an Experienced HVAC Installer with a minimum of 2 years of residential installation experience to join our team. At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, we believe in doing the job right the first time and delivering a 5-star experience to every customer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
Following installation checklists and commissioning procedures to ensure high-quality installs
Working with a lead/helper to complete jobs efficiently
Communicating professionally with customers and teammates
Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked vehicles
Ensuring job site cleanliness and performing quality control checks

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Proficient in reading and following installation manuals and blueprints
Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments on-site
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
