HVAC Lead Installer

For over 19 years, Cornerstone Pros has proudly served the Tampa Bay area with top-notch service. We are looking for qualified and experienced Install Leads to join the Cornerstone family! 

The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will work with heat pumps, straight cool & inverter/communicating Equipment for a premium experience and HVAC system. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing service/mechanic style work from time to time. 

Responsibilities: 

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code. 
• Startup and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems. 
• Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. 
• Performs related work as assigned. 
• Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked. 
• On call rotation for weekends. 

Qualifications: 

• At least three (3) years Residential HVAC Installation experience as a lead
• EPA Universal Certification 
• Valid Driver's License with no major infractions in the last five (5) years 
• Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
