Job Description

- Assists the dispatching operation in ensuring appropriate technician selection for the type ofservice
- Capacity planning to maximize efficiency in achieving profit andcustomer satisfaction objectives
- Oversees employee training, safety tracking, employee compliance assessments, and incident investigations
- Provides coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to allsubordinates to increase performance
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience inHVAC or related field
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
