Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HVAC Service Coordinator to join our dynamic service team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and support for our field technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians for maintenance and emergency calls.
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Assist with invoicing, parts ordering, and warranty claims.
- Monitor technician workloads and optimize scheduling for efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the service department as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in HVAC service coordination role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
