Job Description
Envirocon, LLC has been keeping NJ’s buildings running since 1997. We’re a mechanical contractor handling HVAC/R service, installation, and maintenance for schools, municipalities, and commercial clients across the state.
RoleWe’re hiring an HVAC Service Manager to run day-to-day service operations—scheduling techs, communicating with customers, and ensuring jobs are done right and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch service techs for PMs, emergencies, and repairs
- Be the main point of contact for customers (updates, follow-ups, problem-solving)
- Review tech reports, photos, and hours for accuracy and billing
- Work with the office team on quotes, invoices, and service reports
- Keep service operations running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in HVAC service coordination, dispatch, or a related office-based role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems (field experience is a plus)
- Experience with scheduling software, field management software & QuickBook
