HVAC Service Manager

Position Summary:The HVAC Service Manager will oversee daily service department operations, supervise a team of technicians, ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, and drive continued growth through customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians in scheduling, diagnostics, repairs, and installations
• Track KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and development programs
• Manage workflow and dispatching to maximize efficiency
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of team members
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align services with customer needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Valid HVAC certification and EPA license required
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with service software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Service Titan experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round work
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Monday–Friday, with on-call and weekend availability as needed
