Job Description
We’re hiring a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service commercial and residential systems throughout Walworth County and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality service in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Service and repair rooftop units (up to 25 tons), boilers, in-floor heat, ductless systems, and split systems
- Diagnose compressors, fan controls, heat exchangers, and related components
- Read blueprints and complete accurate service documentation
- Work independently or alongside another technician as needed
- Support training and mentorship of junior technicians
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
- Commercial and residential HVAC background
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Organized, professional, and customer-focused communication
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs
