HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANCompany: Aire Serv / Esser Plumbing and Heating, Inc.Location: Perham, MNPay Range: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experienceAire Serv / Esser Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is hiring a full-time, experienced HVACService Technician to join our team. This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions.Job Tasks:

Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems
Diagnose and fix the issue correctly
Help customers understand additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans
Provide the highest-quality service, maintenance, and overall customer care to our clients
Adhere to franchise policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain brand excellence

Minimum Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in residential HVAC service
Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
Professional appearance and personality
Team player with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
