We are currently hiring an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. If there is mutual interest, we will bring you in to meet our management team and have an in-person interview. We only consider candidates believed to be team players who will help us fulfill our mission of exceeding our customer's expectations.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance
  • Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
  • Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Ensure all work is completed to code and meets quality standards
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HVAC service experience
  • Mech 4 license preferred
  • Valid EPA Certification required
  • NATE certified preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Neat, clean and organized
  • Great work ethic
