Job Description

- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems (residential & light commercial).
- Perform seasonal tune-ups, inspections, and system evaluations.
- Present repair options in a clear, honest, customer-friendly way.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles.
- Complete job notes, checklists, and photos using ServiceTitan.
- Build trust with customers through professionalism, communication, and high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- 3+ years of HVAC experience (repairs, diagnostics, installs, maintenance).
- EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (but not required).
