About Us

Founded in Tampa, Florida, i9 Sports® is the nation’s first and largest youth sports league franchise, with over 5 million registrations nationwide. Locally owned by Jay & Danielle Mechtly, our Wilmington & Jacksonville leagues offer Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, T-Ball/Baseball, and Volleyball for kids ages 3–17.

Our mission: deliver safe, positive, and fun sports experiences that teach teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership—both on and off the field.

What You’ll Do

Be the face of i9 Sports at the front table—greeting families and checking in players/coaches
Organize and lead game-day setup, check-ins, and award presentations
Capture photos of sportsmanship award winners for social media
Oversee sponsor signage & ensure smooth game-day operations
Deliver excellent customer service that makes every family feel valued

What We’re Looking For

Strong communicator with top-notch organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
Positive energy with the ability to connect with both kids and parents
Comfortable with basic social media/marketing support
Available on weekends during league seasons (~7 weeks per season)
Able to pass a national background check

Job Type: Part-Time (weekends required)
Pay: $15/hr
