UNIQUE NAPA OPPORTUNITY

A NAPA Auto Parts store where you least expect it!
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) team which will work directly onsite within one of our government, transportation, commercial, and dealership customer’s place of business to provide their parts needs! This person will provide knowledge about auto part features, benefits, and warranty information to our customer. JOB PURPOSE:

This position acts as primary point of contact for NAPA’s customer.  A person in this position is responsible for sourcing parts sales and maintaining personal and store image while ensuring customers receive a good experience.

DUTIES:

  • Establish and maintain good relations.
  • Source parts and perform buyouts. 
  • Serve customers and resolve issues.
  • Assist in receiving/stocking merchandise.
  • Deliver parts to customers when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s License preferred. 
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • GED preferred.
  • Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
  • Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.

Compensation: $54,000.00 per year
