We are seeking a Seasonal Ice Skate Rentals Attendant for our Winter Wonderland Experience at The Ben Hotel!

As a Ice Skate Rentals Attendant at Winter Wonderland at The Ben Hotel, you will be the welcoming face of our winter experience, ensuring that all guests have a safe and enjoyable time. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as a proactive approach to maintaining a fun and organized environment.

Summary:

As a Seasonal Ice Skate Rentals Attendant at Winter Wonderland at The Ben Hotel, you will be the welcoming face of our winter experience, ensuring that all guests have a safe and enjoyable time. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as a proactive approach to maintaining a fun and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Ice Safety Monitoring: Monitor on-ice safety and ensure all patrons are adhering to the Skaters Code of Conduct.
• Skate Rental Operations: Pass out and re-shelve skates in the Rental Skate area, assisting patrons in selecting the right size.
• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests and provide information about the ice skating experience, enhancing their enjoyment.
• Greeter/Waiver Stand: Work at the Greeter/Waiver stand as required, assisting patrons with online waiver completion.
• Skate Lace Assistance: Help patrons in the Skate Lace Area, ensuring their skates are properly fitted and laced.
• Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the skating area, including removing debris and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager and assistant managers to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact positively with guests.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
