General Contractor HQ in Canton Ma is seeking a skilled manager, to hire, schedule, and supervised a flooring crew for our projects in New Enland starting in East Providence. Your expertise will be instrumental in apartment ceramic and Vinyl flooring for new residential construction.
- Estimate time and materials needed to 3 bid supplies and materials
- Maintain all tools and equipment
- Perform final inspection to ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Adhere to workplace safety rules and regulations
- Provide leadership and motivation for the crew by being hands on 20% of your work week
Painter Requirements
- [5+] years of previous experience as a Flooring/Contractor for residential or commercial buildings
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Skill with installing ceramic tile and Vinyl Plank
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to supervise a small crew
