Inclusion Program Manager - Cleveland

About the Role

Clever Bee Academy is seeking an experienced, compassionate Inclusion Program Manager to oversee the assessment, care planning, and delivery of services within our Inclusion and Intervention Classrooms. In this role, you'll lead clinical teams, support high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and ensure programs operate in alignment with best practices, regulations, and family needs. What You'll Do

• Oversee in-clinic and in-home inclusion and intervention services to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery
• Supervise and support In-Clinic Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs through coaching, guidance, and professional development
• Partner with the Director of Operations to initiate, maintain, and improve client service delivery
• Develop and implement processes that support BCBA effectiveness and uphold high clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, industry standards, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to strengthen outcomes for children and families
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinical team culture
• Complete required state documentation and contribute written materials for grants supporting the inclusion program

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst credential in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a BCBA, including direct service delivery to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Proficiency with ABA data collection and practice management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and projects, maintain confidential records, and work independently with professionalism and discretion
• Flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends as needed
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting clients or equipment as required
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or management role within an ABA service provider
• Familiarity with multiple funding sources for ABA services
• Experience contributing to grant reporting or program funding documentation
