About the OpportunityD1 Training Bux-Mont is a sports performance and adult training facility working with athletes, active adults, and youth in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. We're seeking an independent Physical Therapist- preferably operating on a cash-based model- to join our community by renting space inside our facility.This is a unique opportunity for a motivated PT looking to grow their private practice while gaining direct access to a steady flow of athletes and clients. Ideal Candidate

Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in Pennsylvania
Experience working with athletes and active populations
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in cash-based or out-of-network practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and motivated to build a client base

Compensation & Structure

This is not a salaried or employed position
Independent rental/sublease arrangement with monthly or percentage-based rent (to be discussed).
You keep full control of your practice, brand, and pricing
