Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Information Processing Associate to help maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of our internal data and systems.

Position Summary:

The Information Processing Associate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data across multiple platforms and systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting departments such as inventory, sales, service, and finance by ensuring that all information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in internal systems and databases

  • Review, verify, and correct data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records related to inventory, customer profiles, and transactions

  • Process incoming forms, reports, and requests for information

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

  • Support special projects involving data processing and reporting

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

  • Prior experience in data entry, information processing, or administrative support preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Familiarity with dealership, CRM, or inventory software a plus (e.g., Dealer Management Systems)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
