Job Description
Location: Philadelphia, PA (95% onsite, some CONUS travel)Clearance: Active SECRET clearance
Position Summary
The ISSE will support Navy RMF and cybersecurity engineering efforts, focusing on risk management, system hardening, and compliance. This role provides direct support for Assessment & Authorization (A&A), vulnerability management, and cybersecurity documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain RMF documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, SLCM strategies).
Support A&A activities (IATT, ATO, DATO).
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation.
Implement and assess STIGs/SRGs.
Manage PPSM and security control testing.
Upload compliance data to eMASS and VRAM.
Patch and harden Windows servers, Cisco hardware, and IT assets.
Support incident response and configuration/change management.
Maintain inventories and perform audits of IT systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related STEM field.
7+ years' experience in cybersecurity engineering, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
Must meet DoD CSWF baseline certification requirements (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, CCNP Security, GCED, GCIH, CCSP).
Active SECRET clearance.
