Job Description
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair IT Manufacturing equipment, including scale PC's, label printers, and scannersProvide timely technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-personInstall, configure, and support computer hardware and softwarePerform basic LAN and WLAN network troubleshootingMaintain accurate inventory and organization of IT spare parts and equipmentCollaborate with Production and Maintenance Management, and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtimeEscalate complex issues to senior IT personnel as needed
Required Experience
A+ certification or equivalent work experience or equivalent hands-on IT support experienceProficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Apple iOSGeneral knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting best practices
