Job Description

In this role, you will conduct initial screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans for teens through adults experiencing behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns. You will provide accurate evaluations and offer appropriate recommendations based on your findings. This position is hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Provide initial screening and assessment according to presenting need for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.
- Accurately evaluate an individual's observed and stated symptoms and make recommendations based on these evaluations.
- Write assessments succinctly and efficiently in order to recommend and refer for supports.
- Effectively engage individuals and families to formulate realistic treatment goals as part of the individual's initial integrated treatment plan.
- Work collaboratively within Fraser teams and across the service system to build positive working relationships to best support individuals seeking services.
- Utilize person-centered, responsive approaches to provide therapies and interventions to individuals served as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure from the State of MN (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) required.
- Master's degree in mental health field required.
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record required.
Location and Pay:
- Bloomington, MN
- Standard business hours, hybrid
- Compensation: starting salary $81,000- $85,000, actual salary depends on qualifications and experience
