Position Overview:

The Technology and Operations team within the Multifamily division is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic innovation team, with a primary focus on Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving the adoption and integration of GenAI technologies across the multifamily organization, managing pilot projects, and shaping our strategic roadmap.

Your Impact:

  • GenAI Pilot Management: Lead and oversee GenAI pilot projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

  • Use Case Identification: Collaborate with business units to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases that drive value and innovation.

  • Prompt Engineering Support: Provide expert guidance and support in prompt engineering, enabling teams to maximize the effectiveness of GenAI models.

  • GenAI Roadmap Definition: Develop and maintain a comprehensive GenAI roadmap, outlining strategic priorities, milestones, and resource requirements.

  • Employee Engagement & Adoption: Design and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, education, and adoption of GenAI tools and practices.

  • Prompt Library Ownership: Define the concept, structure, and governance of a prompt library; own its ongoing development, curation, and optimization.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure successful GenAI integration and scalability.

  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of GenAI trends and advancements, sharing insights and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in innovation, AI, or technology-driven roles, preferred.

  • Proven track record managing projects and pilots, preferred.

  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, prompt engineering, and their business applications, preferred.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

  • Experience driving technology adoption and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $105,000 - $157,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
