Inspection Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inspection Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customer locations to conduct on-site inspections of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your findings will play a crucial role in maintaining customer trust and supporting our Quality Department with accurate technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site product inspections at customer facilities to evaluate performance and quality.

• Identify defects, damage, or operational issues, and document findings using reporting software.

• Collaborate with the Quality Department to analyze inspection results.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and inspection protocols.

• Travel frequently (approximately 70%) to customer sites and work in industrial environments.

• Work independently while effectively managing time and priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product inspection, quality control, or a related technical role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
