The Installation Job Site Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end strategic and tactical support for Vehicle Wash installation projects that will contribute to the efficient and profitable execution of a project Scope of Work. The role will be a key participant in continuous improvement initiatives including but not limited to the ongoing development of standard work processes, performance measurements, and safety practices. This role will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to provide outstanding project execution in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monitoring job site readiness for deployment of installation resources
- Reliable Plus operational contact for site requirements | infrastructure and trades
- Consultant, as needed to support project Solution Architecture | Equipment and Labor required to satisfy the project objectives
- Participates in weekly Order Reviews to support the transfer of the projects scope of work from sales (order creation) to installation (execution) | Project Status Updates | Change Orders
- Daily interaction with the Installation Project Coordinator
- Consultant to project schedule | calendar
- Work closely with sales throughout life cycle of a project
- Work closely with Regional Technical Performance Manager on continuous improvement action plans to continuously improve the quality of installation deliverables.
- Travel required, as needed, to satisfy requirements for validating site readiness | utilize team infrastructure when appropriate
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or some college (Preferred)
Experience and/or Training:
- 1-5 years related work experience.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong reasoning skills
- Experience working in an installation or project environment
- Experience communicating work instructions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office | Smartsheet | Service Now
License/ Certifications:
- Valid driver's license.
Education:
- Secondary education
Experience and/or Training:
- Vehicle Wash service & installation
License/ Certification:
- Project Management Certification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC principles and equipment
Physical Demands: sitting, walking, twisting, squatting, reclining, climbing, kneeling, grasping, pushing, pulling, reaching, repetitive motion etc.
Mental Demands: Comprehend and follow instructions, perform assigned tasks, maintain an appropriate work pace, perform complex or varied tasks, relate to others, influence people, make decisions, direct, control, plan, interact with public or coworkers in written form, communicate orally, etc.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Will be at various customers servicing and installing equipment, work locations and hazards will vary.
The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $32.11 and $40.89 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
