Job Description
Location: Riyadh, KSA.Years of Experience: 8-10 years.Working Arrangement: on-site.Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
The Instructional Design Expert will be responsible for creating and developing training content and materials to support organizational learning and development programs. The role involves applying instructional design methodologies, developing high-quality training content, and ensuring compliance with local regulations where required. The expert will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of effective, engaging training programs.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in instructional design for training and development programs.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and other content development tools for creating structured training materials.
Strong experience in developing and structuring content for learning programs.
Preferred Qualifications
ATD certification (Association for Talent Development) is highly preferred.
Experience in ensuring compliance with governmental regulations for training in KSA.
Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop training content, materials, and presentations for organizational training programs.
Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Develop PowerPoint decks, manuals, guides, and training packs aligned with learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and conceptual knowledge into structured learning materials.
Ensure training content is aligned with organizational standards and, where applicable, compliant with KSA governmental regulations.
Continuously update training materials to reflect new requirements, standards, or best practices.
Contribute to the evaluation of training programs and incorporate feedback into future content design.
Support the development of learning programs.
